DIY Wedding Place Card holder

If you need wedding place card holders to display your guests’ names at their assigned seats, the obvious way is to print their name on cardstock and fold it in half so it stands up on its own. Here are some more wedding place card holder ideas that are just as easy and more unique!

Obviously, if you have a printer you’ll save a bundle by printing out the cards yourself on thick paper or cardstock. If not, you can still save money by taking your wedding place card holder idea to a print shop.

Simply print out the names of your guests and insert the name card in the tines of a fork.

If you plan to have your silverware wrapped up in the cloth napkin, tie the napkin with a decorative ribbon and tie on the wedding place card holder like a tag. Simply print out your name cards (or have them printed) and use a circle hole punch to make a hole in one corner for the ribbon. Then tie it on.

DIY Project: Personalized Water Bottle Label

List of materials needed:
  • Water bottle template
  • Water bottle
  • Printer
  • Sheet protector
  • Glue stick and glue gun
Print water bottle label using your template (couple's name and wedding date. you can put backgrounds if you want), then inserted them into a sheet protector. Then cut them into strips then sealed the cut edges with a glue stick. Lastly, glued them around the single serving water bottle. Having them sealed in the sheet protector, protected the labels from bleeding when placed in the ice buckets.
